Endive Leaves
Ingredients
Pecan or Walnut halves, intact Cranberries, cooked according to package, or grapes or dried fruit
Cream Cheese, Philadelphia or Daiters
3 or 4 Belgian Endive Hearts
Directions
"Pull apart leaves by giving a little cut at the base.

Smear cream cheese with a butter knife at the flat end of the endive, squeeze the fruit and nuts into the cheese.

Must be made to order, and look great arranged as a crown on a black plate.
