Caesar Salad Rolls
Ingredients
Caesar dressing, mayo or blue cheese dressing Mini Croutons
Rice Paper Wraps
pre-sliced Proscuitto, two pcs. Per roll
Flat leaf spinach
Arugula Lettuce
Any or all of/ Romaine lettuce

Directions
"Chiffonade the greens. One handful per roll and one roll makes about 6 to eight pcs.

Soak the rice paper for two minutes in lukewarm water, one at a time.

Place the rice paper on a damp towel; spread proscuitto across the surface, then a small handful of greens.

Roll like a cigar, cut into coins with a sharp wet knife and garnish with croutons, dressing and parmesan shavings.

*Tip; serve on a wet bamboo plate or cutting board so they do not stick.

The rolls can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge in damp tea towels.

(Do not use paper towels, they will stick!)"
